I got my pictures back yesturday. I have been going through them like crazy. There is so many of them and yet it feels like I missed soooo much. There is 19 rolls to be exact. It will take me a bit to get pictures on-line. First I want to get them organised in the photo albums and everything and then sort through them.
*Sigh*
I miss South Africa. I miss the kids yelling my name, "Retabele! Retabele!" Thats my sesotho name :) I miss the people on my trip so bad. Especially Deb, Jon and Nina. Deb and Nina I'll see again. In Jan actually. But Jon, I don't know when I'll see him again. And he lives in Canada so its not like I can just drive over or catch a cheap flight to see him. It's hard going from seeing these people every day, all day, for a month to not seeing them at all, not hearing from them at all...nothing. Deb is on another mission trip within the states. Jon I talked to on the phone once but now he is going to be at camps councling like crazy. Nina hasn't emailed me back but I plan on calling her sometime. I miss their support. Ah, I just miss them. They brought me so much joy. Still do. Eh, I know I'll see them again.
I'm moving in less then a month to be an intern for a Christian organization. I don't want to say exactly what because I don't feel comfy putting that info on the net. It should be good. Its actually more like a leadership development program. I don't know exactly how to describe it. They work on developing your mind, body and spirit. Its going to kick my butt, but it will be good. I'm looking forward to it. :)
