Alicia is one of their star players on the girls varsety team. She is such an awesome player. I haven't been to many of her games this year and its her senior year :( She always tells me when they are after I have made plans. I had to go to the home coming game! It is one of the biggest of the season. The gym should be packed so I hope her Mom picks me up early so we can get a seat. It's funny how excited I am about tonight! I guess it reminds me of when I would go to my high school's homecoming.
I'm excited about seeing Steven too :) I haven't been able to talk to him that much this week and I kinda miss him. I'm kind of nervous though. He is going to their homecoming banquet tomorrow night (remember that who ordeal?). I hope the girl thats going with him isn't going to be there. I don't want her to get thoughts in her head and I don't want Steven to feel uncomfortable. I'm cool with him going with the girl, but she has no idea about me. Plus she likes Steven. So, I hope me going tonight does not cause him problems. Ah well! I'm going to watch Alicia anyways :P
I'm feeling really pretty today! I had a bunch of free time today so I put my hair up and actually spent time on my make-up. I never really wore make-up until I got in college and I really just started wearing it regularly this semester. I'm more of a t-shirts and jeans and natural face kind of girl. I would wear my pj pants and sweat shirt all the time if I could, hehe! I do like to dress up though. I just never really spend the time to. I did today though :) Although, I admit, I'm still wearing my sweat shirt!
Oh, I have to write about what happened today. Haha. It would have been so embarassing if I hadn't been home alone. I decided that I was doing to try and straighten my hair (I have VERY curly hair and have only attempted to straighten it once before). Well it did straighten but it was freezy. I put it up in a clip and decided to try and curl my hair so it did this thing, its hard to explain. The only curling iron (with a cord) that I could find was the kind that looks like a circular brush. So I curled my hair in the curling iron. Then when I went to uncurl it from the curling iron...my hair got stuck!!! My hair was caught in the brush part and I couldn't get it untangled from the thing. So I tried cutting off the bristles without cutting my hair. That didn't work. Then I noticed their were screws so I undid them hoping I could take the iron all apart. Didn't work. What I wound up doing was taking a flat screw driver and prying my hair up from the brush, I can't really describe it. I must have been a sight though! I'm just glad my hair got free! I wound up rewashing my hair and leaving it curly, hehe!
