The play was about Chinese Immigration to the US. It was very historical and seemed pretty accurate. The auther was inspired to write the play from stories she had heard about of the people coming over and what they went through. Parts of it were really sad and parts of it were funny. I was very impressed by the actor! There was a lot of lines that were in Chinese and they said them very well. Some of them it was probably natural but others I don't think it was.
After the play they had a talk back where you could ask the actors questions. Mom didn't feel like staying because she was tired from a full day of work. Tonight the writter of the play is going to be there. I think it would be interesting to hear her but I have the crab feed that I am helping with.
